Like everyone, you are very busy. With upcoming company events, how about surprising staff with quickly done Flyers? Being part of the Design agency, making events as interesting and memorable as possible, from start to finish is great.

There is something about working on the user experience. I don’t mean simply the User Interface design (UI). That is a small part of the entire process. Understanding what the company wants, conversing with staff back and forth at different stages of the process, with the same goal in mind is great.

Even making things memorable, giving staff the feeling of inclusion into the organisation and making their input, hopefully encouraging them to want to take part more and put their best efforts in, for their interest in the company. |
I love being able to communicate clearly and concisely whenever possible, especially in teams. Converying information well can save time, avoid misunderstanding or miscommunication, and avoid potential delays, extra cost and frustration.

Documentation has become an integral part of my work and project life. It's great knowing you can have information you can go back to anytime, at your fingertips. Writing documentation in the first few years of my career, I gained experience and learning documentation's value and effects.
